Housekeeping noise at odd hours caused disturbances!!! Major disappointment with the spa facilities not being operational during our stay. Air conditioning system issues disrupted comfort at night!!! Detailed attention needed on pool usage requirements!!!

The rooms were beautifully decorated with lovely ocean views! Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping things spotless, and the staff were keen to assist with every request.

Recommend it for families looking for comfort
Spent a week here with the kids it was really a great time the housekeeping was on point and they made sure our rooms were spotless every day. We were really impressed by the breakfast it was honestly the best we had in a long time especially those pastries and the fresh fruit
It wasn’t exactly cheap but for everything we got I would say it was still reasonable

the spa facilities weren't available during our stay. but we loved the spacious room and friendly front desk staff. breakfast was awesome, especially the fresh pastries. and the bar was a great spot to unwind after a day out!

Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the top-floor space felt a bit confined, akin to an attic. Staff was helpful, yet there were times when foreign guests might feel overlooked at reception. Ordering cappuccino from the bar is a must for better quality.
